Job Posting
The Nor-Chief Job Posting Program is a service introduced for 2009. Access for this program is limited to ONLY Nor-Chief Clients and Nor-Chief Recruiters. This is NOT a public database. Only consultants approved and registered by a Nor-Chief recruiter will be included in the database.
- Registered clients will be provided a login name and password.
- A prompt will have you post your name, position requested and a brief description.
- An email is created and sent to the recruiting and management division at the Nor-Chief office.
- The Nor-Chief Job Posting Program will also send an email to qualified and approved consultants registered within the database.
- A recruiter will contact you to confirm receipt and and/or to inquire on additional details.
- A list of candidates will be presented to you with their credentials for your selection.
The advantages of Nor-Chief Job Posting Program process to our Client:
- Reduction in the amount of outgoing and incoming calls to and from consultants which will speed up the search; only interested and available consultants respond to us.
- The opportunity to dedicate your allocated time on daily tasks at the office instead of spending countless hour calling consultants.
- Only Nor-Chief staff will be knowledgeable of your name and company, this information will not be revealed on the email to the consultant.
- One central contact person to deal with as opposed to numerous.
The Nor-Chief Job Posting Program will accelerate access for job postings to all qualified applicants, clients and the Nor-Chief recruitment staff thus allowing a for a client to consultant match to meet the job requirement.
