Mel and Elaine Palm started Nor-Chief Consulting Services Ltd. (1976) Ltd. on July 1, 1976. Elaine was the bookkeeper and Mel was the salesman. We were very fortunate over the last 30 years to have such a successful business made possible by extremely loyal and qualified personnel.
Over the years our faithful office employees did a terrific job, allowing Mel and I a wonderful life. Unfortunately, Mel lost his battle with cancer in September of 1996 and with his son Darren Palm having been with us a number of years; Nor-Chief has carried on successfully in the oil industry.

"the mel" - 2008 Golf Tournament
Once again, "The Mel" went off but this time in Palm Springs California. With 23 golfers and 100 degree temperature - everyone had a blast. Thank you to all who entered and we look forward to doing this again!
