Compliance Registry Application

This tool was built to monitor consultant's documentation daily and ensure they are compliant to standards of the Government, Industry and your company's requirements. Industry Tickets, Insurance, WCB, MSA'S. We can input anything for notification, even birthdays! You never need to look to see who is or is not compliant as the program will do that for you and then give you enough notice via email to deal with them as needed.

How it works. Eg: An H2S ticket is input with the expiry date. Notification is set as needed, 1 day, 7 days, 60 days whatever you would like. If it is 7 days then 7 days prior to the expiry date you will be emailed a notice with the name and the ticket that is going to expire in 7 days. You will get that same email every day until the expiry date is changed. This will give you or us time to contact consultant and request renewed certificate. We use this program for all our consultants, from Drilling tickets to birthdays, and set notifications 1 – 365 days in advance so we can book renewals for them and send reminders that items are about to expire. Or maybe just wish them a Happy Birthday.
